Vacuum casting resines
We offer casting resins in three basic categories: hard, flexible, foam. All our resins meet the RoHs standard and the European REACH Regulation. Some of our materials meet standards for skin and food contact.
Solid polyurethane resin
We use solid polyurethane resins both for the production of prototype and small series enclosures, as well as for the production of optical elements such as light pipes and many other components. We use economic and hollow resins for the production of presentation models and hollow sculptures.
Odléváme:
- PP, PE, ABS - Like: We offer high-quality prototype materials that are close to industrial plastics such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene and ABS. Generally, PP and PE are more flexible and therefore more suitable for latch parts, for buckles and parts with good shock absorption. ABS is more suitable for high strength components.
- Transparent: The transparent material has plexiglass-like properties and is suitable for manufacturing optical components and reflectors.
- Economical: We offer inexpensive PU resin for precision castings that do not require extra strength or temperature resistance.
- Hollow: For larger artistic castings we offer material suitable for rotary casting. With this process, a 2-3 mm thick layer is formed on the part wall and the inside of the casting remains hollow.

Flexible polyurethane resin
With elastic materials we achieve very similar properties to natural rubber. The materials differ in color / transparency and Shore A hardness - the smaller the number the softer. Transparent resins can be colored.
We cast:
- Transparent flexible resin range 30 - 90 Shore A
- Black elastic resin range 30 - 90 Shore A
- White resilient resins with the possibility of coloring in a limited range of hardness

Foam polyurethane resin
Molds can also be filled with polyurethane foam. Foam can be both hard and flexible with a large variance foaming. It is no problem to produce from a fishing float, through a sponge with a special shape, filling the boxes of your product to a memory pillow. Foams can also be colored.
We cast:
- Flexible foams with a density range 48 - 400 kg/m3
- Solid foams with a density range 48 - 400 kg/m3
